Our holiday apartment (approx. 55 m²) in Deutschnofen in the Eggental valley is furnished with great attention to detail and offers modern comfort surrounded by the stunning natural scenery of the South Tyrolean Dolomites. USEFUL INFORMATION
APARTMENT PRICE: from €140.00
The price is per day.
A
local tourist tax of € 2.70 per person (aged 14 and over) per day is charged in addition.
A final cleaning fee of € 50.00 per apartment applies.
Included in the price: bed linen and towels, electricity, and heating. The apartment is fully equipped, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.
Bookings: preferably from Saturday to Saturday; Sunday to Sunday is also possible (or by arrangement).
Pets allowed on request.

Reservation & Deposit
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30%. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer to our account.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for your understanding that the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 30% (deposit will be retained)
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 40%
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- In case of late arrival or early departure, a minimum of 3 nights will be charged
Payment
We accept cash payments (up to the legal limit of €4,999). For bank transfers, the full amount must be received in our account before departure.
